We recently completed a major renovation project with Addison Construction in the Beaches, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. We worked with the team over a period of 8 months and engaged them to renovate a three-story duplex, which included updating two existing units that were in decrepit shape and creating an entirely new unit, transforming the property into a stunning triplex. One of the most challenging aspects of the project was the underpinning, and we leaned on Addison for their expertise and trusted them to undertake this challenge for their In-house underpinning team. This meant that everything—from the foundation work to the final details—was managed by their skilled professionals, giving us peace of mind throughout the entire process. Throughout the renovation, the team was highly responsive and always kept us updated on progress.
